Account registered as underage
I can't connect my swgoh account to ea because it says the ages don't match. I tried updating my age in game by sending my ID to the support, but they said I was underage and that they can't process my request because of this. I am confused because my ID clearly shows that I'm 18. Does EA require you to be 21 to count as an adult?

Looks like your SWGoH account had the wrong date of birth. When you start the game next time you should be asked to put in the correct date of birth and that should resolve the issue at hand.
