Account Reset and Content Lost

On 12/27/19, I reset my iPhone’s backup Settings and inadvertently reset my games back to square 1. After a call to Google and 6 calls to EA support, I was told there’s nothing that can be done. I realize that restoring everything from my two years of playing the game may be a significant effort to spend on one player, but wouldn’t it be possible to push a select few of characters and the gear levels I had on them to my new account along with some in game resources I’d need to recover some of the content myself manually? I developed a short list but EA support assured me they didn’t have access to do this; so I’m asking if the developers would be willing to help me out. Our guild has been expanding into the upper tiers of Raids, and I’d like to be useful to them again as well.

  • As strange as it is, the game seems to be working fine and have all of my content on my Android device. I’m guessing that somehow both Google Play and Apple Game Center were linked to the account. When I inadvertently reset Game Center it didn’t affect Google Play. But I’ll take it!

    @nascallon If you can login to the same game center account, your iOS device should also have the full account. Alternatively you can try to link the account from your Android device to a new game center account in your phone.
