Account says located in Belgium, unable to buy character trove pack

Hello,

A discord user suggested I try here after going through 12 different ea help reps. I am located in the USA and for some reason SWGOH thinks the account is in Belgium. I suspect it is due to creating the account while using BlueStacks originally and any attempts to change the location have failed. 

Hopefully someone can help with this! I have missed out on the anniversary trove packs too
