"Guild Events - Some players didn’t receive the Special Mission Rewards in the previous Territory Battle. We are investigating which players did not receive rewards and will credit the missing mission rewards once we have located all affected accounts"
Yes, I am well aware of that as I emailed SBCrumb when the known issues were posted without this on them. That does not give me an update on when my guildmates and I will get our earned rewards though.
I understand it takes time to isolate and identify the parties that were effected by this, but at least let us know something is happening.
- GladOS-0137 years agoHero (Retired)Fair enough. This was added to the Known Issues at the end of the day on Friday. I believe the studio doesn't work on the weekend, so Monday was their first day back in the office after letting the community know they were working on it.
I don't know how long something like this takes, but I personally don't believe it's significant enough to warrant a daily status update. You obviously feel different. (and that's not a bad thing) 🙂

I'm not asking for a daily update. I'm asking for an update; period.
I reported this bug on the 2nd of October, but it actually occurred on September 30th I do believe and I was late to post a bug report (there are others up from before mine so it was known on the 30th most likely). It is now the 9th of October. Every day that passes we are seeing our ROI devalued by not having our earned rewards.
So please just let us know when we should expect to see our rewards roll out.

There are several threads on this, it's currently listed on the known issues, and there haven't been two full workdays since their last status update. I'm just advocating a little more patience while EA works through this issue. I understand it's frustrating because you want the Guild Event Tokens! Hopefully they'll provide a little "something extra" for the inconvenience.
What frequency would you, as an impacted player, expect is reasonable for status updates on this issue?
