Thank you for the report. We tried to reproduce your report, but we couldn't find any issues on our end. Additionally, emulators are officially not supported by us, so we recommend using a supported device to play our game.

@EA_Gunner I saw this bug again today against a team with Nihilus.

It seems there is a bug caused by Raddus' cooldown being increased.
