Again , log in issues eror code 9

Again me and many players have log in issues, i can't sign in to my account with Google play and EA , when i press Google play bottom , it ask me again u wanna join as a guest or sign in to the Google play when i press Google play it asks this again , when i press guest and want to connect to the EA and when i get the code and fill the code , then it gives me eror code 9 , i tried with other phone and same , everything i tried but it still shows me eror code 9 ,again log in issues from EA ?
