All Geo LSTB Rewards disappeared from account after forced restart

Summarize your bug I received rewards for Geo LSTB, but after an error restart, the rewards were gone.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, maybe check my player log for the events above? It appears that synchronization failed between me collecting the rewards from my inbox and the rewards being saved in my account.

After Geo LSTB completed, I successfully collected my rewards (7 star rewards). I went to the Guild Events store to buy 5 shards of Malevolence (my GET and GET2 tokens were present in my account). During the purchase, I got a popup telling me that I had an error that required restart. After restarting, the purchase had not been completed (still had 35/85 shards of Malevolence), and I no longer had the GET and GET2 tokens from the TB rewards (I was back to my balance of about 1000 of each, rather than about 4500-4800). My crystal balance had also reverted to where it was before I collected the TB rewards. I assume that the gear-based rewards were also missing, but I can't easily confirm that. There was no longer a reward to collect in my inbox.
I attempted to restart the game, restart my device, and even re-installed the game from the Google Play store with no change to my account balances.
Please help restore these rewards to my account. Thanks for your help.
