Already Existing Bundle issue upon game crash

I purchased the 20$ geonosis LSB for padme amidala, and my game crashed after the purchase was complete, before I had chance to open the bundle and move the characters to relic stages. now I cant revert the purchase / nor purchase again, and my characters are still stuck before relic. I wish to have a refund.
