Anakin problem

Hello, I finished the General AnakinSkywalker event one week ago and didn't receive the final shards in order to unlock him. I asked the Help menu for the solution. They said to reinstall the game, logout then login, restart the phone, etc. But nothing was useful. Also the shard buying option is not available. So I'm trying for help here.
