Android still not working

One of my guild mates still can’t access the game from the android issue yesterday and it’s going to now cost us 2 stars in TB. Can we get some assistance please.

and yes he tried deleting , reinstalling , and clearing google play cache. Still not letting him in.

Try the following workaround:

Sign out of Google Play.

Load the game as a guest account.

You might need to complete the onboarding tutorial.

Once completed, go to settings > connect > Import account

Use your email address and complete account owner verification.

It should reboot the game and load your account.
