Anniversary coaxium heist bug

I’ve been in discussions via the in game help chat and they said to post here. My issue occurred during the anniversary coaxium heist on the web store which currently it is no longer active. I made a $100 purchase which should have cycled all the tiers at least once with a few extras after it rolled over. For some reason though the progress bar for the event turned white and froze. I logged out and back in several times trying to get it to reset but it never did. I never got any of the extra rewards I was supposed to get and the event ended. The rewards consisted of zetas, omnicrons, cantina energy, crystals, etc.
