You probably hit the cap of resets. The anniversary/May the fourth kessel runs only reset 10 times. It’s stupid but it’s CG’s world and we’re just living in it.

It’s false advertising for it not to state it has a cap. Other awards and offers state (x) amount per customer. With the award not stating a reset it justifiable for everyone to think it would continue to repeat just like the regular Coaxium Heist.
