Anniversary Coaxium Heist not progressing

Approximately 4 days into the anniversary event, my anniversary coaxium heist quit progressing after my webstore purchases. The normal coaxium heist is functioning properly. I've missed out on probably 20+ refreshes of the anniversary heist now. 

I have already restarted my computer, used incognito browser mode, accessed from a different device, unlinked and relinked my EA account, etc. Nothing has helped.
