Anyone else still waiting on compensation from 1/24 - 1/26 outage?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Haven't received compensation that others have, although I was also impacted by the outage.

I was impacted by the 1/24 outage on iOS but haven't received the make good compensation so far. Any update on this?
