App not launching
Hey I'm getting an error not being able to download assets, I've tried using different network, restarting my device, deleting cache even reinstalling the app and am I still getting the same problem, any suggestion?

Any chance you play on iOS and you upgraded to 18.1.1 recently? I am stuck on same for 4 days and they totally ignore my post for last 3 days

I’m using Android, but I have the same problem on my laptop as well. I’ve decided to uninstall it and won’t be wasting any more time on it. I’ve read some old posts that suggest the issue should be fixed by them, but nothing can be done by me as an end user. In the meantime, my guild will probably expel me for inactivity, and I have no way to report this to them.
Lucky enough I can play on laptop… missing all energy drops, but at least I can do daily when I get home… but support here is horrible… even telling “we dont care about you” would be better than this silence
