Appo "Vader's Fist" Zeta not working

Question

Gearing Appo and applied the zeta "Vader's Fist" and not receiving Dramatic Entrance nor the three stacks of Operation Knightfall. I know it's being looked into, can a dev at least give some kind of indicator on when this will be fixed??? I want to use my LV next GAC and I'm not willing to buy stuff in this game if I can't receive a guarantee the products I'm grinding for works or when it will be fixed

Appo is super buggy right now. You get commando with LV lead, dramatic entrance with other lead and ally summon, and 3 stacks of OKF without ally summon. LV lead should have all above, and it's been almost a month. I just unlocked LV and this BS happened. 🤡
