Arena battle connection error

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Occurs seemingly randomly.

See screenshot. It can be clearly seen that i defeated the arena match, and yet the victory isnt counted due to conenction issues.

Hi @aarghzombies171 and sorry to hear that.

If you lose connection before the victory screen it won't count as a win, this is intended. Please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection and close all unused background apps before going into important battles (like GA, rais, TW, etc.).

If you lose connection before the victory screen it won't count as a win, this is intended. Please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection and close all unused background apps before going into important battles (like GA, rais, TW, etc.).

My connection was strong and stable and i had no other apps open. This has occurred many times in GA and TW. This is the second time this has occurred in Arena in 2 days. Immediately prior i was able to complete other actions in SWGOH with no problem. Please investigate further
