Bad Batch Lightspeed

I bought the bad batch lightspeed bundle this morning via the webstore. It cleared with my credit card, I got the webstore coaxium rewards, and got the notification in game but I was only given crystals. I've used the in game support function but haven't gotten any kind of reply. The bundle still shows up in my online webstore and in the game/app store.
