Bad Batch LSB issues

I was trying to get the bad batch lsb late night before the bundle disappeared the bundle was bugging and not letting me get it, then the purchase went through on my end i assumed i needed to wait a bit and went to bed, never got it, went to the help tab in the game, and i got an agent that was not helpful at all and took 3 days to respond repeating the same exact thing he said the first time. I want the bundle i dont understand ive spent a lot of money on this game and ive never had a problem with purchases OR support up until now id appreciate if i can get some help
