Bad Batch LSB purchased but not given in game.

Purchased the Bad Batch LSB from the SWGOH store on 3/20 and still do not have the content in game. EA Help hasn't been able to do anything so I'm trying here to see if we can get this resolved. I did not receive crystals like some other posts appear to have received instead of the bundles. I am on android.
