Banned for no reason

A fellow guild mate has had his account banned close to 48hrs ago now. I’ve spoken to him and we can’t seem to think of a reason why he would be banned. As a member of a 730m+ guild his account plays an important role especially in this TB week. If you could please communicate why he has been banned we would be grateful.
