Baris shards not rewarded.

I used 5999 crystals to get a 5 card pull of Baris, and got 7, 7, 7, 145, 7, shards, then redeemed anothewr 1299 crystals and got 5 shards. With my season rewards, and my battle rewards, I was only another 5 shards away from getting Baris to 330 shards, so I bought the 1410 crystal pack online for a single card pull of Baris. When I redeemed the crystals for the shards, I pulled the 5 shards; however, they were not actually rewarded into my account, so I cannot promote Baris to 7*

Could you please either push the shards through, or could you please reimburse the crystals spent on her so that I can re-redeem the crystals for Baris shards?
