Batcher's zeta ability poorly written.

I noticed that the final text of Batcher's zeta ability LH-201 should say that while a bad batch ally is captive, Batcher gains 100% offense and 100%speed. In level 7 of this ability he already gets 50%speed and offense. Then they call it out again in the zeta description. That should make it 100%. Someone please let me know if I'm just being a **bleep**.
