They could have easily made those points up.
You lose a point for not having full protection on a character. Also, for not having full health. You also gain a point for each free slot in a team.
If they knew they had to be efficient, they could have made it up in a few battles.
Your best bet is to wait until next week and look at the match on swgoh.gg. If you're still unhappy, then report it. However, I'm unaware of players being able to manipulate the points for a battle.
