Maintenance during GAC
Why have the game accessible during maintenance? I had 3 resets and 2 of them happened after GAC matches. I went from having a genuine chance at winning to not even being close. I normally don't have a problem at little inconveniences like this but it was actually disheartening this time because I'm trying to break into Kyber from Aurodium 1 and this badly hurt any chance of that happening this season.
Broken GAC Matchmaking and Arena Table
Hello, Matchmaking for this third and final week of the current 3v3 Grand Arena season placed me into an empty bracket, only me inside. This seems to be having another effect; when I attempt to access the Arena Table to play my daily Fleet Arena battles, I am receiving ERROR Restart message, please see all attachments. I am unsure if this is related to the issue, but I was in the top bracket of K1 last week so I don't know if there is some unique situation that can occur with matchmaking at the top of the ranks. The truly unfortunate thing is that I spent ~$300 to have a handful of the datacrons from the newest set (not yet available via Conquest), that I was looking forward to showcasing and testing on my stream. Now that expense is wasted as I could earn them without cash expense in the coming Conquest, so I am hoping CG can correct or otherwise compensate for this issue. I am also unable to earn my daily crystals in Fleet Arena until this issue is corrected. Please see all attached screenshots. Basically what happened is: my EA account got hacked. That EA account was linked to my SWGOH account (on Google Play) and was the account I was using for the PC client. The person who stole my account, though, switched the email associated with my original EA account, so I couldn't' reset my password or anything like that. After contacting EA support (which was stupid in my opinion), they got me my EA account back, and banned the other account, effectively making a new account that had all of my data and games and stuff. The problem is, SWGOH still saw the stolen EA account as the one that was linked. The logical option here was to unlink the account, right? But since the linked account is banned now, that is impossible, and I get the same error code every time I try. Really not sure what to even try anymore. I can't get the account unbanned: A.) because it isn't technically my account and B.) it was banned for fraud, which their is clear evidence of. I have contacted EA support and in game support multiple times, but no luck Thanks for any future help.Unity Error making whole PC crash!
Yesterday my PC had 3 full crashes costing me the GAC by less than 20 points. Looking into the crash on the logs shows that it was trying to call a file on the Unity side that did not respond and took all the PC resources while it was waiting for the response (below will be the PC relevant specs). I have attached the log files for the crashes. PC spec - CPU: Ryzen 9 9950 X3d GPU: Radeon RX 9070 XT Memory: 64GB Storage: m.2 when comes to other questions to eliminated 3rd crash only SWGOH was running system sits stable in the game and had vsnyc on and anti aliasing on as well memory check comes back clean no bad sectors on the RAM. Plays other games perfectly fine no issues This game uses about 10% CPU and about 15% GPU while playing This is a serious issue that needs to be looked at ASAP as will likely be closing alot more than just my self the round, as I said lost by less than the crashes! Anything else you need contact The Lost Womprat or check out the youtube VOD as shows the crashes as the system used for streaming is a 2 PC set up so games dont effect the stream! Long story short, my account got linked to the wrong account. When I reported the account that is now linked, it got banned. Because of this, I can no longer unlink EA from my mobile account. The currently linked account is not mine, I can not get it unbanned because it isn't my account, and I can not switch the link or unlink it because the account is banned. Its been literally 2 years and I have been forced to use bluestacks, even after the PC client came out. I really want to be able to use the PC client because it is less laggy, less prone to crashes, and more future proof. If there is anyway to transfer progress automatically or manually that would be great too. I understand that there probably isn't but that genuinely seems like my only option at this point. I'vce probably contacted in game support at least 50 times already and each time I get unhelpful responses: each time I send a new message a new person responds and asks me the same questions to "better understand the situation" and no one actually gives genuine help. At this point I just want to know if it is even possible to get my EA link back. I understand that it was my fault I got hacked in the first place, but there should be ways to recover your link because this could be decently common. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
