[BUG] Grand Arena battle freeze – missing buttons, match couldn’t be completed
Had a pretty frustrating bug in Grand Arena today. PKHO vs Lord Vader on PC (EA app). Mid-battle all my buttons just disappeared and I couldn’t do anything. The fight didn’t end, didn’t progress, just stuck. Weird part is I wasn’t disconnected — I could still type in chat and others replied. Tried to enable/disable my network adapter. When I trying to exit, got an error message (attached). Nothing worked. Ended up losing the battle because of it, which probably cost me the whole GA (attached). Buttons disappeared during the fight.
Pirates vs Lord Vader. After I kill the Knightfall troopers, the buttons disappear. That's the second time it happens during this rotund of GAC. It happend in the first and now in the last match of the round. And because of that I'm losing this last match. I'm playing on an Motorola G54 5g. Please fix this issue.Unable to Unlink EA
A while ago, my EA account got hacked, and it had to be banned to prevent the hacker from exploiting it. That EA account is linked to my SWGOH, so i wasn't able to play on EA at the time, only bluestacks. From there if I try to unlink I just get error code 9.0, and it forces me to restart. It is probably related to the fact that the linked account is banned, but i dont know what to do. Its been more than a year and Ive missed so much webstore stuff including that free r10Satele Shan Legendary Defiance omni not working.
was doing GAC and used Satele againts Lord Vader he prevented my revives. even though the omni says my revives cant be prevented. this is clearly a bug and needs to be fixed. You CG have cost me a GAC with your mistakes hopefully others can avoid that fate.Can't finish battle in GAC
I played SWGOH on my smartphone with Android OS. I played my GAC game with SLKR vs GL Rey. It was the third minute of the battle. I used the ultimate with SLKR and then used his abilities 2 or 3 times. After using the second special ability, the ability buttons for SLKR disappeared. Then I couldn't do anything in the game. After the battle ended, it should have been a 'Draw' because the time had run out. But it continued with 0:00 on the clock. I didn't want to quit my battle because of this bug. I was just about to beat a player in GAC but then all of the buttons disappeared and I couldn’t do anything. Then, when the timer ran down, the game still wouldn’t let me do anything, no Draw animation, no choice to forfeit or submit. Nothing. I’m likely to lose this round now because of a technical issue.
