Ben Solo LSB still not delivered after 2 weeks.

2nd post about this since I bought the Ben Solo LSB on August 20 through the web store and haven't received it at all. Bought the Malgus LSB on the same day on the web store as well but that one went through fine, just issues with Ben.  Ally code 348-812-349, please resolve or give an update ASAP
