Ben Solo LSB

Ally code is 176-126-373

Bought Malgus and Solo. Malgus worked fine. Bank was charged for both purchases but never received Ben Solo. In game help was useless. Anyone know how to resolve this?  I have waited with customer support in app for 3 days now. 

at this point I’d just take crystals and/or a refund. I’m over it.
