Beskar Armor Mandalorian Lightspeed Bundle

I am not able to see or purchase the bundle for Beskar Armor Mandalorian in the webstore despite having him unlocked through his journey quest years ago. I also have the razor crest unlocked at 7 stars. Im wondering if this is an intentional decision or a bug.
