Same thing happens with Clone Sargent ARC-170. If TFP is target locked (through Vader, for example), then ARC 170 Torpedo Stike can't be evaded. Sometimes TFP "dodges" granting TM to the capital ship, but still takes damage from the unavoidable attack. Similar probably happens against Poe's XWing, but I haven't played it enough to see.
