Bonus Calendar selection process gives no warning

Summarize your bug not a bug per say but I received no notification about the three December bonus calendars overwriting one another. I now have the gear calendar when I very much want the Imperial Tie Bomber calendar. There was no warning or sign that I could see until later on the forums when they highlighted the text "only one bonus calendar at a time". This was not very well designed and now I have a calendar that doesn't fit my needs in the game. Please assist.

Unfortunately, it seems like the current answer is “working as intended.” There’s another thread at the top with a similar title and response from EA. Basically: you’d have known if you’d looked at the website. It’s an unfortunate response, given that I don’t go to the site and have never seen a reason to. That said, the bug here is that many of us did not get the popup notifying us that we’d overwrite the calendar. The calendars are a new feature, and I thought two was a cool December gift. As a new feature, making sure the popup works would have been really nice. Please reset the choices.

Trying to help ring the alarm bell here. NOT feedback. Myself and many others had a big where the replace message was not given and now we are not able to get the shards we need.
