Bonus Proving Grounds with Conquest + locked

I paid for the conquest + this moth in order to obtain the extra shards to unlock Talon Macros , Admiral Trnch and Fury Class Interceptor. Howeer despite the bonus proving grounds being in the events it remained locked and never appeared open no matter how many times I refreshed or logged in on my mobile device or PC so now I have missed out on unlocking the Fury Class, Talon Malicos and Admiral Trench as all are now 5, 15 and 20 shards short respectivly
