Bought a crystal pack on the webstore, didn't get the goods.

As the title says, I bought a crystal pack from the webstore, money was substracted from my account, but I did not receive the goods nor the email of confirmation. Tried restore purchases, wrote to EA help. Is there anything else I am able to do, or am I just at the mercy of support?
I also didn't receive any of the Kessel Run progression.
