Bought a Light Speed Bundle but I didn't get it

Question

Yesterday I bought one of the profundity light speed bundles with the 7 characters in relic 7. However, I haven't received it yet, and when I tap in the bundle again it tells me that it is getting processed that I can wait or cancel de purchase. I checked in my card app today and the transaction has been completed and I haven't received the bundle. Please provide me with assistance.

I have the same problem and have been trying to get in touch with EA but I can't figure out their help system.

I was told to wait 24 hours when I used their help chat in the game. I also sent a ticket but they haven't responded to the ticket yet.&nbsp;

I had this issue happen to me with the General Skywalker LSB. I bought it 5 days ago, still haven't received anything, and my ticket says its fixed and I still don't have anything.
