Bought episode pass 3 weeks ago and in game support has done nothing

I did not receive it, I’ve sent pictures multiple times, I bought the episode pass then the upgraded pass, all of my episode pass rewards are still locked, I’ve sent photos and they just tell me it’s all good, they’ve stolen $60 from me and I’ve gotten nothing. Horrendous customer service, I’ve missed all the extra quests and shards for the new characters because of this.
