On 22.08.2025 around 8 PM CET I've purchased LSB Malgus gift to my friend. Money was taken out of my account but my friend didn't receive it.
On 24th I've opened a support case but getting nowhere. Your support claims I've purchased this to myself which is impossible since I've had Malgus at R5 way back so I didn't even see this bundle anywhere except from gift tab.
I need some help here PLEASE or I will report this to a local enforcement agency (Police) as a theft since my money was taken and electronic license didn't deliver.
