Bought Leviathan Bundle

I purchased your bundle on 2/23 but not receive it. The purchase gave me an error and took the credit from my Play account but did not continue and load the characters & ships. To date, I have not received it and Grand Area starts in 3 hours. I was hoping to use them. My ally code is 288-562-613 I can provide proof of payment if needed & you can see from my roster the characters/ships are not present.     Thank you for your help.
