Bought Leviathan LSB, Error And Got Crystals
UPDATE Finally was able to get this resolved via the AI chatbot in the app. Went through the help tree that I hadn’t received my purchase and uploaded a screenshot of my receipt when prompted. Support person reviewed it and made the same useless suggestion about using the restore purchases button. Told them I’d already tried that and it didn’t work. They responded that my case was being escalated to another support team. Within 48 hours I had the LSB in my game inbox to redeem and I was able to keep the crystals I had received
Purchased a Leviathan LSB, see attached confirmation email but my game inbox said there was a problem with the purchase and I just received crystals instead of the characters I paid for.
