Bought Lord Vader lightspeed bundle and received crystals instead

Bought the lord vader lightspeed bundle on the webstorw and was given an error message and crystals instead. Contacted support and got told i bought a giftable bundle (which isnt even available on my webstore) and i couldnt be helped.

Essentially i have spent £50 and been given something much lower value than what i ordered.

Someone please help me.
