Bought LSB but never recieved it

Hi,

I bought the SITH trio LSB 2 days ago on the webstore, got charged the $ but never received the bundle in game.

Is there anyone who can help with this?

Similar issues with Coaxium Heist/Kessel Run as others
I purchase three crystal packs today and was not credited toward the coaxium heist. It was $70 or so in packs so should have been quite a bit in coaxium. I see others had similar issues today.
