Bought LSB Tuskens and did not get the characters

I  have just bought the LSB Tuskens on the EA website but did not receive anything in my inbox. I play on IOs.

these situations have become recurrent, except that until know there was a compensation in crystals but not any longer.

Could you fix it please ?
