I've heard that EA support won't do anything in these cases but the benevolent mods here on the forums might. I bought the Profundity LSB II bundle (for the 7 star Bistan's U-Wing) moments ago and the client did not deliver anything. Is there anything that can be done?

Im struggling with it for few days, its disaster tbh…. When I reach chat online after short conc they moved me to another „agent” and in the end it was another bot who after short conv recommender me to use settings in game- help- than you doing like another ticket there OFC CHAT WITH BOT- and in the end bot says after you put your screenshots here agent will reach you out and you gonna get notification in game… since 7h nothing so I’m losing my hopes man. The support is only with bots no even real person conversation I can’t belive big game like swogh looks like that ….
