As another guy posted I bought the five pack and did not get the initial shards you would get from r5d4. Instead I got the usual character gear screen after restarting the game I am now missing a significant amount of shards as I did not getthe usual start up shards!! Please help!

Please guys for me this is really urgent as I have bought the 5 packs package two times and I am still falling behind on everything due to a lack of shards. If you do not provide a solution fast I will be falling behind as I do not get the drops from the daily event!!
Same thing happened with me! I pulled 32 shards (1x10 1x7 & 3x5) have not got them yet my crystals have been taken

This seems to have affected quite a few users. It looks like most of us bought the shards before activating the unit. This shouldn't really matter though as in previous Eras when you've had an active Episode Pass you'd always get the 20 shards for the 2nd unlockable era unit before they are activated so to me it's definitely a bug and needs resolving.
100% agree and it needs fast fixing!
Not sure if any of you filled out the in game help ticket. You need to check back as this is where they communicate. I was told they are aware of the issue but aren’t sure when I will get anything resolved. I also wasn’t told what that would be. Hope this helps

You can raise the ticket ingame when you click on the configurations symbol. But I haven neither seen a response here nor there. And I already lost the first round of materials for the higher event tier. This really sucks heavily...
