Bought the 5 pack no initial unit shards for r5d4

As another guy posted I bought the five pack and did not get the initial shards you would get from r5d4. Instead I got the usual character gear screen after restarting the game I am now missing a sig...

Yes it's pretty ridiculous that a clear error that is affecting multiple players is just completely being ignored... Leaves a bad taste in the mouth... I have also been reaching out to the in game support but not getting much from their either other then a message that they are aware of the fact that other people have been reporting the issue... The longer this goes on the more we fall behind...
