Bought the CAT LSB — but no CAT in game

Bought the CAT LSB an hour ago after making 2 other purchases. I got the first two purchases, but not CAT. Any help would be appreciated. I know people had trouble with the Malthus LSB. But I never thought this would happen to me 😅
