Bought the SEPARATIST COMMANDER LIGHTSPEED but got Crystals instead

I bought the SEPARATIST COMMANDER LIGHTSPEED, but received Crystals instead. Would much rather have the LSB than Crystals. Ally Code: 852-296-357 Order Number: 1005120027373

    After 14 days, the problem was solved. 

    I received the LSB in my in-game mail, and the crystals remained as compensation!

Have you had any luck with support? I still have yet to receive an email with my case number access code. Purchased the bundle on the 19th and still waiting. Doubt I will be using the webstore any time soon seeing how buggy it is compared to the in-game shop
