To take only the last 4 TWs as example we have been outmatched by 4mil GP, 6mil GP, 9mil GP, and this time by 23mil GP! This is totally lopsided and makes the challenge of TW insurmountable. He have 49/49 participation. Fix the matchmaking system, there's no reason for guilds to match further than ~1mil GP.
Here is the conversation I had with EA support this morning, I presume this is where I need to voice my concern. This is unacceptable customer support and the issue needs to be resolved immediately.
matchmaking isn´t still working:
our guild, best 20 players : 1736 toons on 7*; 205 toons with g12; 289 toons g11; 245 toons g10; 215 toons g9
opponent best 20 player: 2014 toons on 7*; 242 toons with g12; 423 toons g11; 274 toons g10; 277 toons g9;
on average they are 20% stronger than us
and the hero toons:
jedirey: 14 (they) vs. 3 (us)
cls: 37 (they) vs. 29 (us)
the matchmaking is still completely unfair
