Here is the conversation I had with EA support this morning, I presume this is where I need to voice my concern. This is unacceptable customer support and the issue needs to be resolved immediately.

Sounds about right, therealkore. The match system has been buggy for a while. Nothing is going to be done. I guess if we all stopped playing that area of the game, they'll either fix it or nix it.
