qguirreruben: Seems this is the solution for the apple-client. For the Android-version this is for some clients not working or even impossible as there is no option (for some clients) to reset the network settings.

I will Just a little bit fix you. Wipe all network data is not a Solution Its workaround for fix this issue. For me it dose not make any sense to delete all Wi-Fi password which i am storing for almost 4 years. For me will be better to delete this game, then spent thousend of hours for typing all passwords for Wi-Fi

It's almoat as if "gasp" they dont care. Because thats what I'm feeling. Its been almost a over week. Wars have happened in less time.
Most likey, they made a * update without proper testing, rushed it out. And now have no idea how to fix it without making it worse because.....We honeslty its because EA sucks. They are only good at buying oyher IP's.....which they ruin. This game was the onty EA product I played in years outside of ME:A....which I didnt finish because it was Trash on a pile of cow dune.
The one game I liked by EA has been came "InCoMpAtIbLe" with my Galaxy S7 active....great job. Really stellar.

Well It's been over a week now. No response. No acknowledgement of Android users. No apologies offered and at this point they wouldn't be accepted as sincere anyways so don't waste your breath or my time.
I'm done with this game. I'm done with your ineptitude and lack of client service. I'm whole heartedly disappointed in EA for this gross laps in judgement. You should have rolled back the update.
You've lost a significant percentage of your client base as they are incapable of actually getting to play the game due to a major fault in your update.
At this point I've been kicked by my guild, lost over a weeks worth of daily objective bonuses and lost complete interest in the game as I've now moved on to more stable and reliable games to pass my time.
Don't bother giving me a fix at this point. If I have to ditch you for you to appreciate me as a customer and finally give a little acknowledgement, then you aren't a company I would chose to do business with. Your a huge waste of time and I'll remember that for any future EA product. Doesn't matter how good the game is, if it fails, they don't give 2 sh!ts about their users.
