Bug: Can't claim final CX-2 quest reward

I have 330 CX-2 shards and completed the "defeat Crosshair" quest, but I'm unable to claim the reward on either Android or PC. Screenshot attached, as well as current Appo shards as I heard it may be looking at that count instead of CX-2. However, I could claim all other rewards despite only having 308 Appo.
