BUG on SWGOH after purchasing lightspeed Bundle

Summarize your bug . Let me repeat once again. I bought the 2 lightspped bundle you release today (finalizer and shadow if the empire). Once i made the purchase and got all the characters and ships, i went to shard shops and it shown me that i have worth of 18k shard coins of excess. I click claim/ok, but then the game suddenly restart before i had the chance to screencap the evidence. The game restarted and when i went back to shard shops, my balance still showing 3,4k shards. I believe you will have the records and can check my account so you can validate all the information ive said here. Before the purchase i already have : Relic Characters: 7* relic two vader 7* relic 5 all first order (from the BB8 LSbundle) GEAR 12 BELOW: 7* boba fett 7* cad bane 7* princess leia 7* Old Ben 7* farmboy 6* Admiral Akbar 7* All Phoenix (sabine, hera, ezra, kanan, chopper, zebb) 5* Lando 5* Biggs 5* Wedge Ships: 7* Hounds Tooth (previous lightspeed bundle) 7* FO Tie Fighter 6* Tie Silencer 6* Slave 1 6* Xanadu Blood 6* Phantom II 6* Ghost 5* Wedge Xwing 5* Biggs Xwing 5* Kylo command Shuttle 5* Tie Advance If i calculate roughly it close to 630 shards give or take, and as mentioned, the game shown me that i have 18k worth of shard coin to claim. I have tried all the troubleshooting in: https://help.ea.com/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-android/ but it does not solve anything. The link https://help.ea.com/en/help/mobile/can-my-lost-progress-be-restored-for-a-mobile-app-if-i-play-anonymously/ does not relevant to me because i'm always signed in and my account is properly linked. It mentioned in the: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/266139/new-lightspeed-bundles that "Units with more than 330 shards but not promoted yet are promoted to 7-stars with extra shards turned into SSC" where i DO NOT receive extra shards turned into SSC as mentioned above. I dont need the most accurate compensation, but i will be dissapointed if this bug cost me a lot of shard coins i deserved. because the two bundle not necessarily cheap for me. I am expecting a prompt response and thank you

What happens when the bug occurs? Game is force restarted.
What do you expect to see? I want to see the excess shard being converted to SSC as i deserved.
